 45\, Aldus Huxley published "The Perennial Philoso
 phy". He had observed that most major religions ha
 d a mystical "tradition". The core doctrines of th
 ese religions did not overlap very much\, but the 
 mystics associated with these religions had a lot 
 of overlap in how they described their mystical ex
 periences. Huxley tried to discern what these test
 aments from mystics had in common. Subsequently\, 
 other philosophers and academics have offered thei
 r own analysis of what this "perennial" philosophy
  consists of. In this talk\, we will explore what 
 the Mystics from the various religions and other s
 ources have been trying to tell us.<br />\n <br />
