North American Unitarian Association

A Home for Liberal Religion with Freedom, Reason, and Tolerance

List of Services

As a new organization, many of our services are still in development but do or will include the following:

Community Worship

On the third Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. PST, NAUA hosts online worship services that can be attended live via Zoom.  Titles and speakers for upcoming services can be found on our events calendar. Recordings of past service are available here.

Communication

NAUA offers two ways by which members communicate with each other and share information about upcoming Events.

The Liberal Beacon is a journal offering opinion pieces, history, poems and other more formal communications. The Liberal Beacon always provides and welcomes space for feedback from our readers.

The bi-monthly Compass overviews upcoming activities and the ways in which members can participate in these activities, thereby learning and building relationships with new and old friends.

To sign up to receive these communications via email, you can subscribe here.

Annual Summit (Meeting)

Each year we hold our Annual Summit and business meeting.

The Annual Summit is a Themed Conference with multiple sessions held over several days. These meetings will be a source of inspiration, learning, and connection with others. More details about the 2026 Summit will be coming soon.

Out annual business meeting is held during the Summit. The business meeting allows every member to vote on matters important to the Association, like approving bylaw changes and electing leaders.

Small Group Ministry

NAUA members meet virtually in a variety of groups based on support, shared interests, making friends, and learning.

These activities include NAUA AcademyCircles, Informal Chats and book club
