Summit 26 In-Person Gathering

Southern Chicago Area
There is something about in-person connection and conversation that we all crave.
To allow those able to convene in the Chicago area, NAUA is hosting an in-person gathering at the UU Community Church in Forest Park (UUCCFP) – a south Chicago suburb. Session Speakers will primarily be presenting online, with wide screen for viewing and microphones for interacting with online delegates. In addition Forest Park registrants will enjoy 2 catered lunches, morning coffee and snacks, a live service on Sunday morning, an opportunity to go to local restaurants and of course the chance to meet and greet old and new friends.

Access Details: Forest Park is located 49 miles from O’Hare Airport but only 27 miles from Midway Airport. We are hoping to be able to arrange private car transportation from the airport with delegates who are driving.
Accommodation: The local congregation has been approached to offer home accommodation at a cost of $30-40 night. Please email summit@naunitarians.org if you wish to arrange accommodation with a Church member.

On Sunday join the live service with the Forest Park Congregation. The service speaker will be the Rev. Denise D. Tracy. She has served as a minister on campus (Hartford, Ct), in the parish Greater Lansing, Mi), UUA Staff (Central Midwest District), Consultant, (Alban Institute) and Interim (South Bend, Cincinnati, San Mateo). She is retired and serves as a Police Chaplain for the Kane County Sheriff’s Office in Illinois
